We introduce ourselves as “Aspen Multi-State Co-Operative Group Housing Society Ltd” having its principal objective of providing housing to its members in Delhi and Haryana and to promote the interests of all its members to attain their social, economic and housing betterment through self-help and mutual aid in accordance with the cooperative principles.
The Society has been registered at the Office of the Central Registrar of Cooperative Societies vide registration No. MSCS/CR/1105/2014 dated 25th September 2014.
The society has been founded by a group of committed individuals belongs to diverse fields of Real Estate, Defence and Central Ministries etc.
The society is in the process of procuring residential land in “L Zone" of Delhi. The L Zone of Delhi is located adjacent to Dwarka, New Diplomatic Enclave, New Gurgaon and IGI Airport Delhi. Our land has close proximity to Dwarka Express way, upcoming International Level Railway Station, upcoming ISBT Dwarka, upcoming AIIMS and 18 Hole Golf Course, Dwarka.
Land Pooling is a new paradigm for the urban development of Delhi, wherein the private sector will play an active role in assembling land and developing physical and social infrastructure. Under this concept, owners or groups of owners will pool land parcels within a sector for development as per prescribed norms and guidelines, making them partners in the development process.
For integrated planning of a sector, the land required for development of roads, utilities, greens and other infrastructure shall be made available to the DDA and service providing agencies for development as per approved Zonal Development Plan (ZDP) and sector layout plans. Planned development will increase the value of their land through provision of infrastructure and public facilities. The outcomes are expected to be world class ‘smart’ and sustainable neighborhoods, sectors and zones, planned and executed as per the availability of water, power and other infrastructure.

a) Land and Building Department of Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD) have notified 95 villages as Development Area of DDA under Section 12 of Delhi Development Act 1957 vide various notifications dated 16.06.2017. (Click here for List of Villages)
b) Out of these 95 villages, Land and Building Department of Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD) have notified 89 villages as Urban Villages under Section 507 of Delhi Municipal Corporation Act 1957 vide notification dated 16.05.2017.The remaining six villages already stand notified as urban village.
